I am nadine, the owner and baker of the country cake
I have a passion for creating delicious cakes and dessert, which I feel has come partly from my mom who baked professionally during my childhood and the amazing days I spent with her in the kitchen and my love for being in the kitchen and seeing those smiles when the baking is done and we are sitting around the table laughing and sharing stories.
